Stakeholder Engagement
1. The primary contact window for building and maintaining relationships with Taiwan Veterinary Universities and Pet schools.
2. Support a various projects including Veterinary Solution Accelerator Program, Vet Focus Symposium, Pro Focus Symposium, Shelter Educations, RC Academy and compliance check based on the latest information. etc.
Scientific Training/Education
1. Provide regular scientific training to all Sales Representatives to cultivate and deepen their nutrition knowledge and consultation skills to help sales Associate do their job better.
2. Update and even tailor materials for all product trainings, including new product launches, for Sales and Corporate Affairs associates, tailored for their functional requirements.
3. Support to prepare the contents of capability training/ exam for Advocacy and PSR sales team to ensure deliver high quality of knowledge.
External Communication
1. Collect and localize of global and regional scientific materials (infographic, video, article…etc) for Veterinary Universities and professional community's utilization.
2. Responsible for RC Academy's content review and promote the usage in Vet Universities, pet schools and breeder/shelter communities.
