The Role Responsibilities
1. To proactively manage (deepen) existing relationships for the designated portfolio and acquire new clients, with the objectives of maximizing financial goals whilst minimizing the risk of potential impairment losses.
2. To strategically formulate account plans by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services and providing clients need-based solutions, in order to deliver the business goals.
3. To ensure internal / external KYC (know your customer) requirements are adhered to AML and CDD (policies and procedures
4. To timely handle customers’ requests and/or complaints in accordance with established procedures.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
1. Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
2. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
3. Lead the Coverage RM team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
4. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
