【Position Purpose】 To be a full-fledged Brand Manager of the designated brands and be responsible for brand building and P&L budgets. As the Brand Manager of one of our Luxury Cosmetics brands, you will build brand from existing position, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. Be fully responsible for driving sales & marketing planning and all communications, activation of the brand to build brand awareness in Taiwan. To succeed in this role, the successful candidate has to be a sales & marketing professional with a strong understanding of consumer marketing in the channel, communications and media landscape across Taiwan, with a high sensitivity to beauty. A highly personable, business acumen, entrepreneurship personality is key for the success to be the bridge of the brand with the press and influencers and internal stakeholders. MARKETING CREATIVITY: - Marketing ideas and plans - Public Relations - A & P - Product launches & on counter events - Social media expansion - Principals’ relationship - Development of distribution channels SALES & OPERATIONS - Sales Turnover & Brand Ranking in Departmental Stores - Counter & Space Negotiation - Stock Management - Sales Budget - Retail staff Motivation & Training SALES, FINANCE, P&L - Prepare annual sales and P&L target for management approval prior to start of financial year. - Ensure approved sales targets are achieved. - Determine operating and expense budgets for all brands and ensure that such budgets are effectively managed. A&P budget should normally be kept within budget. - Ensure general costs of carrying out brand management/operations are minimized, and profits are maximized effectively. - Ensure that budgeted product contribution is kept for each brand - Prepare internal and principal budgets based on company and brand directions considering product contributions. OTHERS - Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. - Provide also updated and accurate information of general market trends and competitors’ activities for decision making and business development.
