1.「協助執行長相關事務 Assisting CEO in related matters」:
(1) 負責執行長內、外部行程與會議安排並提前通知。
Coordinating CEO's internal and external schedules and providing advance notifications.
(2) 協助執行長掌握各項專案進度、審查運作績效並主動彙報執行長各部門決議事項。
Assisting CEO in tracking project progresses, reviewing operational performance, and proactively reporting departmental decisions.
(3) 協助執行長蒐集、彙整國內、外產業資訊。
Assisting CEO in collecting and consolidating domestic and international industry information.
2. 「組織協調相關事務Organization Coordination matters」:
(1) 參與各部門會議並協助掌握相關工作進程。
Participating in departmental meetings to understand relevant work processes.
(2) 監督各部門業務執行,檢驗會議後代辦事項。
Supervising the execution of business for each department and reviewing post-meeting follow-ups.
3.「文書管理相關事務Document Management Related Matters」:
(1) 熟稔資料庫、文管系統。
Familiar with databases and document management systems.
(2) 協助執行長、行政副總校對文件、管理公司名錄等。
Assisting the CEO and Vice President of Administrative Department in proofreading documents and managing the company directory, etc.
(3) 審閱各部門會議記錄、與外部單位來往文件、與政府往來公文書。
Reviewing meeting minutes of each department, handling incoming, outgoing and government-related documents.
(4) 檢視各部門之文件管理(DMS)、檔案管理之執行成效。
Reviewing the effectiveness of document management systems (DMS).
