【崗位職責】
1.熟知生物結構、骨點位置、使用Maya、Metahuman等軟體完成超寫實級角色的繫結工作,製作符合動捕技術流程及unreal 5即時動捕繫結方案。
2.熟練使用Mel和Python,熟悉編寫外掛流程,實現繫結流程自動化。
3.熟練使用Metahuman、faceArt 、facegood等完成表情繫結。
4.有優秀的權重分析和繪製能力,熟悉各種權重繪製外掛,能夠熟練的對模型進行權重繪製。
5.具有一定的建模基礎,能夠在模型製作過程中,幫助建模人員更好的完善模型拓撲結構,和布線合理性,以達到更完善的繫結效果。
6.參與繫結技術的研究,和R&D部門一起學習並應用最新的AI繫結技術到專案中。
7.配合TA,設計並測試特定的繫結工具或指令碼,以符合專案要求。
8.其他受指派的任務。
1.Proficient in biological structures, bone positioning, and capable of using software such as Maya and Metahuman to complete the rigging work for ultra-realistic characters. Create rigging solutions that align with motion capture technology and Unreal Engine 5 real-time motion capture.
2.Skilled in using Mel and Python, familiar with writing plugins to automate the rigging process.
3.Proficient in using Metahuman, faceArt, facegood, etc., to accomplish facial rigging.
4.Possess excellent weighting analysis and drawing skills, familiar with various weighting plugins, and capable of efficiently performing model weighting.
5.Have a basic understanding of modeling to assist modelers in optimizing topology structure and layout during the model creation process, achieving better rigging results.
6.Participate in rigging technology research, learn and apply the latest AI rigging techniques to projects in collaboration with the R&D department.
7.Collaborate with Technical Artists to design and test specific rigging tools or scripts to meet project requirements.
8.Perform other assigned tasks.
【職位要求】
1. 2年以上繫結工作經驗,具備豐富影視動畫製作流程,有引擎藍圖能力者優先。
2.對結構解刨,變形權重的繪製,透視和佈局有較深研究。
3.熟悉模型布線、角色表情、動畫等相關製作流程。
4.精通maya繫結,瞭解HiK、BIP、ADV等通用繫結規範,熟悉骨骼蒙皮與面部混合變形。
5.熟悉即時動作捕捉流程與離線動畫渲染流程中不同繫結方法。
6.瞭解unreal引擎即時藍圖和posedriver修型;引擎中資料重新導向;不同軟體之間資料傳遞方法等。
7.熱愛3D美術,有責任心和良好的溝通能力,擅長團隊協作。

1.Minimum of 2 years of rigging work experience, with extensive knowledge of the film and television animation production process. Experience in blueprinting for game engines is a plus.
2.Proficient in structure dissection, deformation weighting, perspective, and layout.
3.Familiar with model layout, character expressions, animation, and related production processes.
4.Proficient in Maya rigging, understanding common rigging standards such as HiK, BIP, ADV, and familiar with skeletal skinning and facial blend shaping.
5.Familiar with different rigging methods in real-time motion capture and offline animation rendering processes.
6.Understanding of Unreal Engine real-time blueprints and posedriver manipulation; data redirection in the engine; data transfer methods between different software.
7.Passionate about 3D art, responsible, and possess excellent communication skills. Strong team collaboration skills.
