Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all HR activities, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, salary surveys, long-term incentive plans, performance management, and policy integration.
2. Act as a facilitator to between the company’s remuneration committee, management team, and its employees.
3. Lead and coach HR staff to improve processes/procedures and enhance efficiency.
4. Perform Corporate functional operations and supervise HR practices to meet corporate business needs and legal regulations.
5. Design and develop HR projects or perform other duties as assigned.
6. Assist M&A evaluations and post-acquisition management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
2. 15+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
3. Working experience in the listed company is a must, and MNC is a plus.
4. Strong organizational ability, creative thinking, and flexibility.
5. Good at managing changes and could work well under pressure.
6. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
7. Familiar with MS Office, especially in Excel.
