The role to lead local sales operation team to manage orders and delivery fulfilment in a diverse distribution landscape.
The incumbent shall collaborate with business heads, local sales, external business partners and customers to enhance operation and process efficiency, improve service partners and team productivity and service levels, and provide customer and consumer satisfaction in services and sales delivery fulfilment.
【Responsibilities 】
• Oversee and manage a team of sales operation team for orders management and delivery fulfilment in retail, projects, e-commerce and direct-to-consumers channels.
• Drive Order-to-Cash KPIs, process efficiency, internal productivity and service satisfaction.
• Lead and manage projects in team transformation, new business channel, process and system with clear communication, process optimization, change management, training and support.
• Document SOP business processes to ensure efficient and clear execution.
• Enable sales operation KPIs management report to drive performance, analyze operational development and provide business insights, challenges and recommendations.
