Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously & strategically
• Responsible for assigned quota.
• Work closely with regional office and colleagues.
• Work closely and collaborate with different function teams within company as well as factory.
• Develop and execute business management plan that drives regional office to
−create and maintain of a robust sales pipeline
−manage forecast for factory material planning
−achieve sales targets
• Create sales/metrics data for the responsible region to
−Analyze business trend of accounts and Program/Catalogue business: Pricing, config, offering and competitions
−Retained accounts/projects plan
−RFP/RFI tracking
• Develop Business Dashboard to monitor Booking/Shipping KPI, Revenue, GP, Win/Lost Deals, MPS Hit Rate, Pipeline
• Profile Customer Map: buying history, price/config, applications/use cases, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and team/people management
• Channel strategy.
• Proficient in number analysis
• Problem solving skills and patience.
