Select, negotiate, contract, instruct, monitor, provide feedback to and solve issues with them. Visit the warehouse regularly to oversee and manage the quality of the process and ensure the accuracy of stocking levels 成為公司對外第三方倉儲和物流服務提供者的主要聯繫人。負責供應商管理及協商、簽 約、指導、監控、提供反饋並且解決問題。能定期訪問倉庫,監督和管理流程品質,並確保庫存水平的準確性 ● Ensure sufficient, timely and reliable supply of merchandise to retail stores based on the orders received from them and a realistic forecast based on historic data, the inputs from merchandising and store operations teams and own experience & sound judgement 根據從零售店收到的訂單,以及基於歷史數據、銷售和商店運營團隊的意見以及自己的經驗和合理的判斷,確保向零售店提供充足、及時和可靠的商品供應及備品 ● Plan and implement sufficient and cost-effective warehousing & logistics stock and capacity while considering lead times. Also, ensure timely ordering from suppliers to warehouse based on the conditions documented in supplier contracts by the merchandising team 在考慮交貨時間的同時,規劃和實施充足且具有成本效益的倉儲和物流庫存和產能。此外,確保根據銷售團隊在供應商合同中記錄的條件及時從供應商訂購到倉庫 ● Closely liaise with the merchandising and the store operation teams on a daily basis to ensure transparency, effective interfaces and seamless cooperation along the supply chain. Also liaise with the IT team to secure interfaces between 3rd party suppliers' with the company's IT systems 每天與銷售和商店運營團隊保持密切聯繫,以確保供應鏈的透明度、有效的介面和無縫合作。還與IT團隊聯絡,以確保第三方供應商與公司IT系統之間的介面 ● Minimize warehousing & logistics costs and inventory mark-downs while keeping on-shelve availability at the highest level. Regularly monitor, analyze and report costs, stocking levels and working capital 將倉儲、物流開銷與庫存控管最佳化,同時確保貨架空間運用最大化。定期監控、分析、報告成本、庫存量和營運資金 ● Recognize, evaluate and react to any unforeseen issues/ crisis in day-to-day supply chain operations according to defined contingency plans and based on own judgement in the best interest of the company, its investors and employees 對於供應鏈流程所發生的意外狀況,在認知、評估後,以自身判斷並擬定出對公司、投資者與員工最大利益的緊急應變計畫 ● Participate in regular management discussions & decisions to continuously improve retail operations' effectiveness and costs 參與定期的管理討論和決策,以不斷提高零售運營的有效性和成本(持續改善) ● At a future stage, build up and manage a small warehousing & logistics team and manage the transition to bringing warehousing & logistics in house 未來能建立及管理一個小型倉儲和物流團隊,並管理內部倉儲和物流團隊優或人力配置 ● Opportunities to be promoted to higher management positions after a few years as the company grows 有意願跟隨著公司發展,挑戰及取得更高職務機會
