JOB ROLE
Leveraging media acquisition tools (such as Meta, Google, KOLs…) and spearheading Ads projects to bring sustainable traffic of new customers & repeat customers to Decathlon Taiwan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility 1. Create, Lead & Execute the Paid Ads marketing strategy
• Marketing Mix: Write, lead & execute the Paid strategies for different performance marketing channels (e.g. Meta, Google...) to bring sustainable traffic and sales to Decathlon Taiwan
• Target Management: Ensure marketing channels are bringing quality traffic & sales at the target CPM, CPC & ROAS...etc
• Agency Management: Supervise Agencies operation & Lead performance tracking reporting across agencies/platforms
• Performance Analysis: Create data-driven insights from various sources to optimize performances and regularly provide actionable recommendations
• United Connection: Take initiative to connect with United team to keep abreast of global strategies, tools, or golden rules, and evaluate the feasibility for Taiwan adaptation
Responsibility 2. Campaign/Project Planning & Execution
• Project Adaptation: Lead and steer the alignment of global/local concept priorities, the identification of key business drivers of the Market and the adaptation of United Strategy to local specifics
• Strategic Planning: Work with the relevant internal/external stakeholders(such as E-Commerce, Store, NSL, Content Team...) initiatively to strategise & launch campaigns
• Operation Efficiency: To define & streamline the working system of Ads related project cross functionally to optimize the contribution from different teams
Responsibility 3. Marketing Affiliation & Collaboration:
• Affiliate marketing strategy: Define the affiliation strategy and source, establish & maintain win-win partnerships with different affiliate publishers in order acquire users outside of our network
• Requests Assessment: Filter the requests from different brands/vendors and identify the opportunities that align with Decathlon's value propostion, image, or business objective
• Project Management: Work with relevant internal/external stakeholders to execute the projects at an efficient cost and provide comprehensive debrief & analysis after campaign/events
Job Skills (AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE)
Technical Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing
• Advanced knowledge of different online advertising platforms(Google, Meta…)
• Strong data analysis skills, ability to perform data analysis and make data-driven decisions
• Prior experience in Media/Advertising/Marketing agencies is a plus
• University/Master degree in marketing related field is a plus
