We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce System Administrator to join our Salesforce team. As a Salesforce System Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient implementation, configuration, optimization, and management of the Salesforce CRM platform for the YAGEO Group. The successful candidate will have a record of success in leveraging the Salesforce platform to provide business solutions while following best practices for Salesforce. You will work closely with functional leaders across regions, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and deploy new business processes. This role is part business analyst, part project manager, and part administrator. Responsibilities •Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to optimize user experience and meet business requirements. This includes creating custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, and validation rules. Implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. •User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the platform. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices. Grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization. •Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system. Perform data imports, updates, and de-duplication. Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes. •System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance using ServiceNow and manage user tickets with a focus on high satisfaction levels. •Reports and Dashboards: Train and assist users in developing reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide key insights to stakeholders. Define and document best practices for Salesforce platform usage, deployments, change management, and maintenance. •Documentation: Document system configuration, processes, and user guidelines. Keep documentation up-to-date and accessible for users and stakeholders.
