Responsibilities: • Lead junior engineer to have success project delivery to meet technical requirements and schedule. • Delivering mechanical structure analysis reports, and the mitigation solution/plan to fix mechanical structure defects. • Capable of define the suitable process and working models to fulfill diverse business requirements. • Capable to evaluate mechanical structure by FEA tools, and offering the design risk assessment report in early phase. • Implement reliability testing via structure equipment (Shock Table, Vibration Table, Package Drop Machine, spectrum analyzer and relative equipment, etc…). • Validation test support includes material preparation, system setup, schedule tracking. • Training lab assistant to execute mechanical reliability validation on-site. • Build and maintain structure relative Spec/SOP/Playbook. • Mechanical relative research and workshops. • Collaborate with cross-functions to have success delivery on business. • Fulfill 80% or more of above

In this team, you will develop/design the audio and acoustic system for the AR/VR/MR and construct new concept for audio applications. This job including audio circuit design, acoustic design, solution evaluation, design validation, system architecture research and more. 1.按照ISO17025及其他相關法規要求，管理實驗室，確保實驗室按規範要求有效運行以取得客戶端認證 2.風扇噪聲與結構震動之性能測試與設計改善 3.產線/IQC聲學與震動性能檢測能力建立，治具設計與規格定義，且可配合出差完成任務 4.創新設計及新技術導入 5.完成主管安排的其他工作
