1. Be a coach and motivator for the Sales Team. Ensure continuous development of sales team and have the right people at the right place. 2. Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, optimizing resources to meet territory management objectives effectively. 3. Overall responsibility for business line financial results covers turnover, profit, working capital and Receivables. 4. Be a key member of the Management Team: Care and be a driving force for the Company’s overall performance and image. 5. Be familiar with company's policies and apply in daily operations. 6. Continuously evaluate the mix of air compressor products best suited for the markets. Promote actively a specific range of products through a yearly marketing plan. 7. Integrate a mix of promotional actions (mailing, articles, advertisements, seminars, etc.) in the yearly marketing plan. 8. Define and optimize continuously the densification of the territory. Overall responsible for the strategy of an efficient sales management and Policy. 9. Maintain optimum relationships with the Group Product Company to maximize the business development for Division. 10. Support the preparation and delivery of comprehensive business reports and presentations for Company, Business review, and executive meetings.
