The position of Design Engineer is responsible to execute the tasks during product development process on design and develop new device, platform extension product or product care activities to ensure the product performance satisfy the product requirements.

The position of Senior Design Engineer is responsible to perform the tasks during product development process on design and develop new device, platform extension product, or product care activity to ensure the product performance satisfy the user needs and product requirements.
【Main Responsibilities】
• Execute device design tasks such as concept generation, engineering requirement establishment, 3D/2D modelling, DFMEA, Design for Functionality/Manufacturability, design analysis and etc., to fulfill the product requirements
• Deal with deviation handling of investigation and corrective actions

• Planning, design and execution of device design tasks, such concept generation, device architecture deployment, engineering requirement establishment, 3D/2D modelling, Design for Functionality/Manufacturability and design analysis etc., to fulfill the product requirements
• Deviation handling of investigation planning and corrective actions during design and design assessment activities
• Responsible on mentoring junior engineer on design skillset and participate peer review for other projects.
【Skills and Qualification】
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent in experience and education.
• Experience in design toolkits/methodologies, such as 3D/2D modelling, Tolerance Analysis, etc.
• Open-minded, initiative, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure in changing environments
• Fluent in English language
• Team player and self-starter

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in device design
• Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent in experience and education.
• Experience in design toolkits/methodologies, such as 3D/2D modelling, Tolerance Analysis, Simulation (FEA) Analysis, Modulation design, Risk Analysis tools (FMEA, FTA), etc.
• Open-minded, initiative, constructive & positive thinking, persistent, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure in changing environments
• Fluent in English language
• Team player and self-starter, able to perform with minimal supervision
