Position Summary -
Information Technology department aims to provide secure, stable and trustworthy IT services including hardware and software to fulfill business goals, development and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities -
• Owns the accountability and ownership of end-to-end IT operations to lead IT team to achieve the goals of Corporation and IT, fulfill function’s demands by systematic thinking.
• Lead the applications operation. Prioritize tasks, manage project plans include analysis, reviews and reports to fulfill IT goals.
• Responsible for IT Operation and report out to leaders periodically. Lead and manage IT operation groups, establish operational targets and decisions to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency by cost-effective ways, ensure all IT groups continuously deliver services and fulfill function requirements, and act as a 2nd level in escalation framework to manage all IT issues.
• Assist IT leader to manage department based on IT plans. Lead, coach and train IT members by setting up expectation, performance reviews and career growth opportunities.
• Analyze demands, evaluate options and decide IT solutions from technology and process perspectives based on pros and cons. Actively build the relationship with stakeholders, realize demands and transform into IT services.
• Utilize project management methodology to lead and manage the development, operation and problem solving of IT services according to IT plans
• Utilize LEAN framework to make improvements, collaborate with IT groups and stakeholders to explore, justify and prioritize the opportunities.
• Manage suppliers and contracts of IT services. Participate negotiations and discussions across functions, IT groups and suppliers to design, build, operate and solve IT solutions.
• Ensure all IT application systems are tested per requirements before production, as well as the upgrade, patch and compliance after production according to policy and regulations.
• Evaluate IT risks and establish associated IT contingency plans based on defined and agreed service scope and levels
• Continuously improve IT services by the analysis of monitoring and statistics on performance and expenditure.
• Ensure IT management and support follows the processes of Incident, Problem and Change, and instructs IT groups by necessary technology and leadership.
• Provide IT solution options according to all constraints and analysis, manage the procurement of hardware and software to achieve expectations on benefits (ROI, VOI), and oversee the change on cost plan.
• Keep learning and developing personal technology, management skills and leadership according to IT development and demands.
• Provide leadership to IT groups to achieve missions and grow talents.
