【Responsibility】
1.Act as a bridge between the art team and software engineering team in the project and configure work schedules.
2.Work closely with 3D artists and software engineers to develop interactive features.
3.Develop rendering processes, programmatically generate or implement other art effects and optimize performance according to project requirements.
4.Ensure that the art assets can be effectively integrated into the product without sacrificing the overall artificial quality or exceeding the technical limitations of the execution platform.
5. Invest in the application research of various art software and implement them into projects to improve performance.
6.Solve various technical problems encountered by 3D artists on a daily basis.
7.Research the functions of unreal game engine, create tools and scripts to optimize the art production workflow/pipeline and final effect.
8.Compile various technical documents.
9. Assist in the creation of the art asset database.
10.Provide daily technical support and guidance to 3D artists - such as improving character rendering quality, optimizing character expressions and body animation, better character binding and motion capture process.

6.解決3D美術人員日常遇到的各種技術問題;
7.研究unreal遊戲引擎各項功能,創建工具和腳本,優化美術製作工作流程和最終效果;
8.編寫各類技術文檔;
9.協助美術內部資料庫的建置;
10.為3D美術人員提供日常技術支援和指導-例如提升角色渲染品質、優化角色表情和身體動畫、更好的角色綁定和運動捕捉流程。
【Requirement】
1.Be familiar with Unreal Engine, especially blueprints and materials.
2.Be highly skilled in the use of 3D graphics software like Maya, especially rigging.
3.Have extensive knowledge of art techniques ranging from modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, simulation, special effects, and rendering.
4.Be able to anticipate the needs of the artists so as to streamline their productivity.
5.Be able to develop tools and plugins in Mel and Python.
6.Be able to customize art packages so that they are as streamlined as possible for specific projects
7.Proficient in unreal game engine character building, fabric hair development mechanics, motion capture, and face capture is preferred
8.Skilled in using unreal engine material rendering module to produce character roles and scenes to build integration, binding, and motion capture data modification.

7.對unreal遊戲引擎內角色建立、布料毛髮動力學、動作捕捉、面部捕捉精通者優先;
8.熟練UE材質渲染模組、人物角色製作和場景搭建整合、綁定、動捕資料修改。
