• 3- 8 years of work experience within Talent Acquisition as a recruiting/sourcing specialist or full life cycle recruiter, with a minimum of 2 recent years in talent sourcing/resume screening experience.
• Dispositioning of direct applications for the global regions
• Disposition and track employee referral resumes with agreed operational service levels
• Track the inbound applications to relevant requisitions across all the geographies.
• Source, engage and attract top talent for the ad-hoc business requests.
• Proactively build passive and active candidate pipelines to meet sourcing needs as per business expectations.
• Participate in crucial stakeholder meetings, including weekly cadences, and debriefs.
• Through innovative research, build a candidate pipeline and effective outreach for the weekday & weekend walk-in interviews
• Track and maintain a real-time record of candidates in ATS and monitor the interview pipeline and selection ratio of diversity and non-diversity candidates.

• Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of the fields viz Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, or related field.
• S/he will act as a talent advisor communicate effectively with the recruiters, recruiting managers, hiring managers, and team members throughout the sourcing/recruitment process. Share and exchange timely information with stakeholders and candidates
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates from diversified and unconventional sourcing channels (ATS, LinkedIn, Job portals, Social sites, etc.)
• S/he will participate in team and organizational level strategic initiatives (viz Diversity conferences, hiring events, etc.), including assessment of best practices in talent sourcing, competitor intelligence, diversity & inclusion, and contribute to the overall TA strategy
• As an ambassador of Qualcomm, share our value proposition to increase and strengthen brand awareness in the market
• Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and PPT to prepare weekly/monthly reports and updates
• Talent souring or full desk recruiting for a Hi-tech company/client will be an added advantage
• The candidate should be tech-savvy, interested in learning about Qualcomm's emerging technologies products (5G, Mobile, Computing, Automotive, IoT, etc.), and apply this knowledge in finding the best talent

• Support all the TA administrative work for Taiwan.
• Support the recruitment, such as post offer engagement, pre hire checks.
• Support new employee onboarding, create and maintain employee personal file.
• Maintain the Taiwan employee P-file room.
• Maintain various TA metrics and reports.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and admin support.
