This position is under Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (SMT) and responsible for Carl Zeiss Semiconductor Mask solution (SMS) business and account sales activities in Taiwan.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead to develop / maintain customer intimacy and long-term partnership under global account management framework.
• Generate business strategies in sync with products value and business needs, influence long-term strategic direction.
• Organize internal / external resources to identify new business development, drive and negotiate business opportunities and deliver business result (tools, upgrades, and services) through entire business cycle.
• Learn ZEISS SMS product value / application in various of products platform, partner with Solution / App / Service team for business engagement and close customer needs.
• Coordinate and participate in business meetings within org and customer sites, observe customer's perception and enhance customer satisfaction via actively resolving commercial challenges and operation difficulties.
• Provide sales forecast and maintain pipeline in SAP, present customer plan and business update to internal stakeholders incl. HQ / local sales operation, finance controller, product focal, manufacturing and executives etc.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
