• Support required detail-oriented configuration of software products
• Draft and execute test scripts, test cases, and test plans
• Configure proof of concept demonstrations to adapt eQMS to necessary needs
• Support software requirements analysis, customizations, enhancements, integrations and production deployments of customers/partners
• Work closely and collaboratively with Project Manager, Technical Engineer, and Operations Manager to ensure high-quality implementation, on-time deliver
• Interface with internal stakeholders for technical support
• Problem-solve and creatively apply own self to translating quality business requirements to eQMS
• Comply with, maintain, and improve internal quality systems
• Participate in ongoing technical support, training, and service
• Perform and support critical software system validation with an eye for detail and rigid application of best practices and procedures
• Collaborate with software implementation team nationally and internationally during software implementation
• Support technical presentations, in collaboration with internal sales team
• Maintain existing good business relationships with key clients and business partners
