•Work closely with line management, and follow enterprise architecture and standards to build, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure systems of Bora. Mainly focus on Firewalls, MFA, Servers, Systems, and Storage like (Paloalto) Firewalls, MFA, Windows Active Directory, M365, Microsoft Exchange, Spam, VMWare Systems, and Backup solutions in particular.
與部門主管緊密合作,依照企業架構和標準、去管理和維護Bora集團基礎設施系統。如防火牆、MFA、MS AD、M365、MS Exchange、SPEM、VMWare及備份解決方案。
•Troubleshoot Servers, Systems, and Storage related problems.

•Ensure the right network architecture is established in Bora Taiwan, and maintain and monitor network activities and health to sustain Bora’s business operations.
確保Bora集團建立正確的網路架構,並維護和監控網路活動和健康狀況,以維持Bora集團的業務運作。
•Support operational Security administration including firewall administration, client and security agent administration, vulnerability scanning remediation, review security events, and perform analysis on detected or escalated events.
支援操作安全管理,包括防火牆管理、用戶端和安全代理管理、漏洞掃描修復、審查安全事件以及對偵測到或升級的事件進行分析。
•Act as an escalation point for advanced or difficult user IT requests and provide level II support to other helpdesk technicians within SLA. Actively assisting in providing level I support when requests/service ticket volumes are high.
作為進階IT 請求的處理人員,為SLA 提供第二線支援。當helpdesk服務請求較高時,積極協助提供第一線支援。
•Expand IT support to Engineering/Manufacturing IT/server/data storage/network areas (Operation Technology), partnership with those departments to improve the production system environments.
將支援擴展到工程/製造(營運技術),與這些部門合作改善生產系統環境。
•Perform Infrastructure qualification activities, testing, and change controls.
執行基礎設施鑑定活動、測試和變更控制。
•Support IT Internal/External inspection activities.

•Work with vendors and purchasing to execute procurement of IT equipment, components, and facilities requested by users according to the Bora procurement process.

•Coordinate vendor activities to ensure that the current and future operational requirements and project needs are in alignment with IT goals.
協調供應商,確保當前和未來的營運要求和專案需求與IT 目標保持一致。
•Support and execute general IT administration tasks, including but not limited to user account administration and account security administration.
支援一般IT 任務,包括使用者帳戶管理或帳戶安全管理。
•Other assignments from line management to achieve team performance and good service delivery.
主管指派的其他任務,以實現團隊績效和良好的服務交付。
