YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible to lead maintenance technicians to define PCT (Process Control Technology) maintenance strategy. 2. Responsible for DCS training to train new employees, regular re-train employees and ensure the effectiveness of training. 3. Responsible to support the site capital investment projects and LSS(Lean Six Sigma) improvement projects with PCT knowledge and experiences. 4. Responsible for scope definition and accountable for technical acceptance of plant modifications, from the reliability, product quality and control performance perspective. 5. Accountable to maintain and safeguard the as-built plant documentation standards in his/her area including critical equipment / instrument & safety PM/PdM compliance documentation, as well as control system configuration. 6. Accountable for maintaining legal and corporate compliance of PCT installations. 7. Ensuring safe and efficient PCT installation and PCT practices while ensuring technological advances via focused use of modern technology. 8. The job holder must be well versed in working with cross functional departments within Covestro to understand and anticipate the customer's needs for an efficient utilization of production assets and forward looking to understand and anticipate technology trends in all areas of process control technology. 9. Develop and maintain relationships with PCT engineer expert peers at other Covestro TPU facilities to foster (a) experience exchange and (b) identification of synergies, those of which could lead to PCT improvements at the site. 10. Support APAC TPU sites on PCT for production issues, investment projects, continuous improvements and functional safety.

Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation. 2. Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements. 3. Responsible for maintenance for all electrical & instrument equipment. 4. Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations. 5. To be familiar with all equipment in plants, maintain all maintenance equipment accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable. 6. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible. 7. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment. 8. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability. 9. Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or checklist. 10. Reporting-Time entry weekly and assist supervisor to prepare technical reports. 11. Coordinate maintenance matter with OP team.
