Job Responsibilities:
• Own technical transfer into suppliers and elevate suppliers’ technology capabilities.
• Own quality control management and understand/improve quality control processes.
• Cultivate and drive technology partners, ensuring suppliers can meet BRELYON’s current and future technical and business requirements.
• Actively solve technical challenges with cross-functional partners.
• Drive Early Supplier Involvement initiatives to ensure our suppliers are proactively providing input into new product designs.
• Drive supplier and site readiness activities for NTI and NPI programs toward a successful product launch with the ability to deliver the required volumes at launch.
• Work with manufacturing partners to guide production teams and plan out timing.
• Technical support product for exhitions abroad and clint issue.
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality management, and high-volume manufacturing in consumer products (optics/display-related sector preferred).
• Knowledge and experience in consumer components supply chain.
• Experience and knowledge in one of the following area: optics, displays, thin films, mechanical engineering, and PCB board technology from concept to execution.
• Experience in process definition, having taken a module or system from concept stage into mass production.
• Experience in both building relationships with engineers, product management, and other cross-functional partners, and also driving discussions of optimizing technical specifications and features vs. value trade-offs.
• Data-driven problem-solving skills to address multi-dimensional problems with high levels of uncertainty across multiple functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Fast learner, driven problem-solver, self-motivated, organized, flexible, and able to balance and prioritize multiple diverse projects.
Nice to Have
• Familiar with 3D software such as SolidWorks or Pro/E to review files and address evident errors.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Experience in logistics, planning, and fulfillment modeling.
• English language proficiency.
