Job Purpose
This position oversees all the HR operations in Taichung including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, employee relations and HR administration and help to implement the HR initiatives based on instruction of APLL and client.
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer HR plans and procedures that relate to company and client requirements.
Manage end to end recruitment cycle, from updating job advertisements, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, job offering, on-boarding, orientation as well as other recruitment logistics.
Manage the leave and attendance record for the contingent workers and perform monthly checking on payroll and invoice from manpower agencies.
Maintain close relationship with the manpower agencies and able to onboard new manpower agencies to fulfill the manpower needs of the client.
Monitor and review the current work practices of the manpower agencies while conducting the end-to-end contingent workers recruitment to ensure the employee experience meet the company standard.
Review and develop the SOP for all the human resources work procedures in Taichung to achieve operation efficiency and align with the company practices.
Work closely with the Taichung operation team and maintain regular communication.
Identify the potential risks in the current human resources practices if any and suggest improvements to minimize the risk to the company. Ensure all the HR operation practices are in line with the compliance.
Undertake regular review of staff activities and procedures as well as assigned ad hoc projects/tasks to cope with the changing needs.
Key Result Areas
Ensure the HR policies and procedures meets requirements outlined by both internal and external stakeholders and in compliance with local labor law.
Improve the HR work efficiency and ensure sufficient manpower for the Taichung operation.
Qualification
University Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience, ideally with HR set-up or manpower agency experience.
Proven experiences in managing the human resources under factory / production line setting.
Highly agile, able to multi-task and work independently.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint and Words).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken in English is a plus.
