PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 職位目的
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our business growth in Taiwan. This position will require frequent client visits, so a valid driver's license and a comfortable attitude towards driving are essential.
Key Responsibilities/ 職責與內容
- Obtain information about pump and rotating machinery assets and installations in the specified region, such as pumps, compressors, turbine, etc., including customer procurement plans and maintenance budgets. Have a clear understanding of customer plant shutdown schedules.
- Visit clients throughout Taiwan to build and maintain relationships, understand their needs, and promote our products and services.
- Generate new leads and identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and factory partners to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
-Conducting periodic seminars throughout the year to assist in providing relevant market information and strategies, ensuring the success and effectiveness of the seminars, and increasing business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals using tools such as email, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Price and market analysis for competitors.
- Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions in the contract.
Requirements/ 職務條件
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Experience in internal coordination with factory-side partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Familiarity with rotating machinery products/services.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Previous experience in after service sales.
