• Quality Management System: Establish, maintain, and implement the company's Quality Management System, including developing standards, processes, and procedures, and regularly conducting evaluations and updates.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure that products or services comply with regulations and relevant standards, such as ISO international certifications.
• Plan and implement quality inspection: Develop and implement inspection plans for products and services to ensure compliance with product standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor and analyse quality data: Monitor the production process of the production line, analyze quality data, and ensure compliance with product standards and customer requirements.
• Problem-solving: Perform analysis and administration for non-conforming reports (NCR), Failure Reports (FR), Corrective Action Requests (CAR), and customer complaints to facilitate the investigation and problem-solving process.
• Audit: Lead audits of customers or third parties, such as ISO9001.
• Document management: Provide support for the regular maintenance, improvement, or update of documents related to Quality Assurance, including Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, and Working Instructions/Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Report product quality: Report the product quality status, including product defects and improvement plans, to superiors.
• Training and education: Provide quality training and education to company employees to improve their awareness and understanding of quality management.
