Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will provide essential support to our HR department in various areas including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and HR related project.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct recruitment activities through various channels to fulfill hiring needs.
2. Update and maintain personnel records and other related HR documents(hard and soft copies).
3. Manage educational training programs to ensure continuous enhancement of employees' professional skills.
4. Assist in the management of company attendance, ensuring timely collection of attendance data and the preparation of attendance reports.
5. Handle administrative tasks during work exchanges with personnel, including business trip arrangements, transportation, and employee dormitories.
6. Join and execution of HR related project.
7. Perform updated data in local e-HR system and problems solving.
8. Coordinate EWC (Employee Welfare Committee) activities including organizing regular EWC meetings, employee well-being activities.
9. Provide suggestions for optimizing the company's human resources system and ERP based on different stages of company development with local policies and regulations.
10. Participate in the development, implementation, and administration of total policies and programs to ensure consistency in alignment with the company's culture and philosophy.
11. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by line management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for a major in human resources or relevant disciplines.
2. Have more than 7 years of relevant experience in human resources and administration, and a willingness to learn about HR affairs.
3. Familiar with Labor Standards Act, insurance and other professional knowledge.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
5. Patient, excellent communication skills, planning, and coordination abilities, and a sense of teamwork.
