This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Assistant Manager (Business Partner) at YESIANG Enterprise Co., Ltd. located in Shanhua District (善化區). The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development. The role requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills to effectively support the HR team and collaborate with other departments.
Major Responsibilities
*Be responsible for managing the all HR services (excluding payroll) to fulfill business needs
*Lead the HR team to manage the campus recruitment and other recruitment activities for factories in Tainan *In charge of LCS project - employee engagement and communication plan
*Plan the training plan including the general skills for all employees and IDPs for key talents and key positions
*Participate the WFC to work on employee engagement programs
*Support the HRIS to roll out in factories and provide timely responses to users
*Facilitate the annual PMP process and PIP cases whenever needed
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret HR data
Customer service mindset to support employees and address their needs
Familiarity with finance and budgeting principles
Experience in HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
