• Ensure the smooth implementation of the assigned service contracts.
• Set up and optimize the process for project implementation of service contracts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with the assigned contracts.
• Manage the day-to-day project implementation of the assigned projects.
• Maintain good customer relations for smooth contract implementation.
• Develop a schedule for timely implementation of the project and meeting deadlines.
• Complete the contract to meet all contractual obligations within the approved cost budget.
• Identify and coordinate the appropriate resources needed for the project implementation.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities such as Modification & Upgrades.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
We are seeking a highly motivated Controlling Administrator to join our Corporate Controlling Department in Tainan. This role is pivotal in consolidating financial data from our global Business Groups (BGs) and Business Units (BUs) into timely, accurate corporate management reports. You will collaborate closely with BG/BU controllers to drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. A key responsibility will include partnering with Corporate ISIT to manage and analyze IT-related capital (CAPEX) and operating expenditures (OPEX).
1. Consolidate financial data across BGs and BUs into comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate management reports.
2.Coordinate annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities with BG/BU controllers.
3.Conduct financial analysis to identify key trends, deviations, and business performance drivers; deliver actionable insights.
4.Support Corporate ISIT in the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of IT-related CAPEX and OPEX.
5.Prepare financial presentations and briefing materials for senior management and the Group CFO.
6.Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Group CFO.
7.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
8.Continuously seek improvements in reporting efficiency, accuracy, and analysis frameworks.
