1.帶領高雄辦公室達到年度目標並確保學生滿意度
2.員工管理(員工招募/訓練/考核/假期核可)
3.辦公室行程安排、代表來訪時間安排、展覽活動籌辦
4.策略規劃,因應市場發展行銷策略(與總公司行銷配合)
5.一般行政事務協調與員工溝通,包含總公司訊息傳達、公共郵件管理、公司內部網站更新…等
6.對內與對外關係維護

【Overall Purpose】
The Overseas Study Manager will perform managerial, consultative, administrative, training and support duties across various offices.
【Main Tasks 】
Counselling
-Work with your own set of students each cycle to maintain skills, knowledge and industry awareness.
Staffing
-Interview and hire OS staff
-Train staff
-Appraise staff
-Develop staff for promotion
Schedule
-Staff whereabouts, activities and tasks
-Staff working hours and holiday applications
-Rep visits/Meetings with Reps to discuss various topics
-Events and associated staffing (Study World, Uni Tour, BC, company events, etc)
Departmental Management
-Develop business strategies and procedures to meet with markets trends and changes
-Meet with OS staff regularly to discuss various matters and provide updates
-Meet with department heads and Directors to discuss various matters
General Communications
-Process incoming and outgoing emails (delegate when not a managerial task)
-Keep the DB up to date with institution updates, messages, comments, feedback, etc and communicate with centralized with admission team
-Keep OS staff and colleagues up to date with important company or industry information
Relations
-Maintain good client relations and work in conjunction with outreach team for sessions at local institutions
-Manage complaints or concerns
-Monitor social media and other outlets to receive feedback
-Maintain good relations with sub agents and guide them in procedure
