Role Summary: •Manage the department to towards company goal •Collaborate with Business Lines and Manufacturing sites Job Responsibility: •Being responsible for leading and manage PETE team of engineers working towards company goal. •Support corporate gross margin goal, lead team to define cost reduction opportunity, enable breakthrough idea, execute and achieve the goal. •Lead team to provide high quality engineering data analysis and risk assessment to support supply assurance like customer delivery, manufacturing changes, site qualification, etc. •Responsible for new product introduction safe launch to manufacturing site and achieve entitlement goals. •Collaborate with business lines and manufacturing sites. •Product and Test engineering team talent development, focusing on streamling to a common way-of-working among sub-teams Job Qualification: •Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related engineering field. •At least 15 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering related field. •Good knowledge of new product introduction, product characterization, test program development and data analysis. •Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, able to collaborate well with cross-geo stakeholders. •Strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis •Strong understanding of failure analysis techniques •Good understanding of SoC architecture and product test patterns, familiar with device bench and characterization work •Fluency in English •Desired Competencies : Action Oriented/Collaborates/Nimble Learning
