Report to Group HR Head GM
1.Coordinate with all facilities HR and Internal Compliance to complete required audit flawlessly including regular self audit.
2.Be point of contact for key programs of external customer.
3.Lead & cascade the external customer’s program (e.g. EWB and GE) to meet timelines and requirement. Review the plan and provide direction to country/facility HR.
4.Ensure HR policies and procedures consistently applied to all facilities.
5.Be the strategic partner with Country HR Head and Country Manufacturing Head (management reporting & analysis)
6.To lead and manage a HR team in the areas of HR Operations, HRIS, HR reporting/analysis and key HR projects.
