Position Scope We will count on you to: • Responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, a profitable book of business and support new business development. • Work with our team of senior professionals to service a portfolio of Taiwanese/ Chinese Clients (TCS) • Responsible for client portfolio management, advisory and servicing of clients on a regular basis. • Work closely with TCS Leader to deliver first class professional service to our clients • Client and market facing/collaboration with colleagues. • Preparation of insurance proposal including but not limited to quotes slips/coverage summary, letter/filing and all related matters pertaining to the clients portfolio • Assist the business development from both new and organic sources • Placement of all lines for clients of TCS. What you need to have: • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experiences in at least Senior Broker’s level, if not a similar capacity. • Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage • Strong negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills • Highly motivated, team player with good interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate swiftly in a fast paced environment • Native Taiwanese • Good command of English, written & verbal • Service oriented mind-set • Positive attitude towards work & learning • Ability to work independently • Conversant with Excel and PowerPoint Mercer Mercer believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
