Job Responsibilities
• To manage and develop appointed End-User segment market with Delta-Industrial Automation product and solution
• Aligned with appointed distributor for product and application pack in appointed End-User segment market
• To develop Delta-IABG brand awareness in the End-User segment market and to expand the IABG product and solution portfolio to the market
• Building & manage long term relationship for appointed End-User segment ecosystem such system integrator, panel builder, consultant, EPCM.
• Understand customer requirements, goal, pain point and advise comprehensive product and solution in aligned with Product manager and communicate well to Distributor.
• Drive value selling and communication actions to appointed Distributor
• Monitor and analyze competition activities and situation, and giving solution/action to counter the competition.
• Develop, implement and sustain comprehensive account plans in aligned with IABG solution
• In the near future will drive “the solution business” to appointed End-User segment
• Teamwork with all stakeholder to promote and aggressively drive the growth
• Regular update in CRM system
