REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • At least 5 years' experience in mechanical design of customized automated systems. • A track record of prototyping, delivering new and custom design automated equipment in production environment. • In-depth knowledge experience of customized automated machine design. • Good knowledge experience using 3D modeling software such as Solidworks, Creo or NX. • Experience in mechanical drafting practices and a working knowledge of terms, rules, and applications of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). • Good understanding of material selections, machined part fabrication and processes. • Good and strong knowledge in designing and troubleshooting pneumatic circuit is a must. • Must have strong knowledge in handling different phases of project management in Automation Equipment Design. • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills • Prior experience in leading a team. • Able to perform work under relatively stressful environment. • Knowledge of industrial robots' applications would be an advantage. • Experience in machine programming (control and/or vision) is a plus.
