<Job Summary>
We need an experience Development Leader to lead the development team and overseeing the implementation of software applications. The Development Lead will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the development is meeting deadlines and requirements with innovative mindset.
<Responsibilities>
To demonstrate the technical leadership, he/she can lead the team to
1) Understand the business requirement and translate into technical requirement and direct the team to implement.
2) Direct the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions
3) Establish the development team discipline, such as coding standard, code review practices.
4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective and impactful software applications
To work with broader teams, she/she has strong communication skill to with stakeholders, including solution architect, product owners, business users either locally or remotely.
<Qualifications>
1) Bachelor degree or above in computer science or relevant fields.
2) Proven experience as lead developer or similar role and experiences in web application or enterprise application.
3) Proficient in at one programming language, Java or .net
4) Experience with source control systems and version control
5) Sound knowledge of technology, such as open source software adoption, client server architecture or cloud-native application with security by design.
6) Strong organizational and leadership skills
7) Excellent communication skills
