■Oversees and assists in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual.
■Attends Daily Briefing, Department Head Meeting and necessary meetings.
■Overall responsible and accountable FO operations, under the direction of the Rooms Division Director for the efficient overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty.
■Maintains the highest standard of accommodation, guest service satisfaction.
■Responsible for engendering team spirit, good leadership and motivation to all colleagues.
■Assist in solving of any guest concerns, complaints, damage control and prevention.
■Assist prepares revenue, budget and assists in monthly occupancy forecasting, cost saving measures and cost effective expenses.
■Assist in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Rooms Division for annual presentation too.
■Develops the skills and effectiveness of all Front Office employees through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring, potential career success and recruitment
