Assist to develop the sales channels of the responsible territory. Regularly report sales progress, market share. 2. Assist to conduct product marketing, product service, pricing. 3. Assist to maintain and grow the key eshops and reply end user's comments 4. Assist to reply customer's technical questions 5. Part time allowed
Principal Accountability ( include but not limited to the followings) - Drive EC Sales and develop EC business - EC campaign planning and execution - Maximize EC platform relationship maintenance -Official website building and performance enhancement -Third-party platforms relationship maintenance -Social media management and paid ads planning -CRM projects planning - EC order control and supply chain communication -Communication with brand and principal if necessary -Data analysis -Customer service and after service -Administrative tasks
★Job Highlights: -Fast Track Career Progression. -International Work Experience. ★Job Description: 1 Front Office: ■ Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s outlet operations by rotating on each position. ■ Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines. ■ Deliver high quality beverage products at all times. ■ Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts. ■ Train new-hires in service standards, menu items, use of POS system and up-selling. ■ Ensure positive customer service in outlets, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers. ■ Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines. ■ Assist and follow up on team to meet outlet’s Monthly Sales and New Product Promotion Targets. 2 Back Office: ■ Assist in the coordination and collaboration of activities between outlets and HQ. ■ Handle all assigned backend paper documentations. ■ Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
