ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for highly motivated and exceptional quality and manufacturing professionals to bring Rivian's engineered products to life. In this role, the Supplier Development Engineer will be responsible for part production at our contract manufacturers. As a Supplier Development Engineer, you will be responsible for auditing and coaching supplier with all Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities, developing strong supplier relationships, and working side by side with our supply & engineering counterparts to push the envelope of our technical requirements. You will also be responsible to drive supplier to meet Rivian's target, on-time delivery to our aggressive timelines, and parts are received at the highest level of quality. In our team, we expect our people to own every aspect of the supplier development process from start to finish and everything in between. This role reports to the leader Supplier Development Engineer team.
