我們正在尋找一位Junior人資,3年內人資相關經驗,這是個擴編職缺,要協助原本的人資主管,進行辦公室內的人員招募、員工關係、行政管理等任務。缺乏相關經驗沒關係,有人資主管會領導,重要是對人力資源有興趣,也對軟體科技業有興趣。
主要職責Responsibilities:
1.落實及執行人才招募計畫及各部門需求達成人力招募目標。
2.履歷表篩選、面試邀約/安排/回覆及各項招募過程的溝通協調。
3.人力資源相關制度規劃與執行。
4.回覆各單位人力資源管理問題。
5.辦理公司各類員工福利活動。
6. 協助新員工入職流程,包括準備入職文件、相關手續等。
7.處理日常行政,包括文件整理、資料整理、報告準備等。
8.HR專案活動規劃與執行。
9.其他人事行政作業及主管交辦事項。
1.Execute talent recruitment program and achieve manpower recruitment goals.
2.Resume screening, interview invitation/arrangement/response, and communication and coordination of the recruitment process.
3.HR function planning and implementation.
4.Answer human resource management questions from various staff.
5. Organize various employee welfare activities.
6. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of onboarding documents and related formalities.
7. Handle daily administration, including document organization, data organization, report preparation, etc.
8Ensure the smooth operation of HR project circle.
9.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
資格要求Qualifications:
1.大專以上畢業
2.為人力資源相關科系畢業者佳 (非必要)
3.英文聽說讀寫中等以上
4.對人力資源管理有熱忱
1. Graduated from college or above.
2. Preferably graduated from Human Resources department(not necessary).
3. Above intermediate in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4.Passionate about human resource management.
