• Reporting directly to the Managing Director directly, this role will work closely with the JLR Taiwan first line leaders and various departments to facilitate communication and coordinate projects such as business transformation programmes , strategic programmes, and local programmes.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings/projects, databases, and documentation related to business transformation activities, projects, and contacts, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for decision-making by stakeholders.
• Support and occasionally drive change management activities e.g., training requirements, comms, technology requirements, governance, etc.
• Run stakeholder feedback forums and gather actionable insights to relay back into organisation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline NSC and Retailer processes, improve efficiency, and enhance cross-functional productivity within JLR Taiwan through the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.
