• Responsible for the training program and development. • Provide orientations for new employees and assist in arranging training courses. • Responsible for the on-boarding process of all newcomers and other assignments. • Support daily recruitment include sourcing, screening, interview invitation. • Enhance employee services from recruitment to termination. • Assist in various projects and engagement initiatives to create a fun and engaging work environment. • Assist with HR administrative tasks as required.
