We develop and leverage Operations’ talents in ASML and strengthen the connections on strategic topics with cross sectors but not limited to Manufacturing, D&E, SS&P, and IT
Role and responsibilities
Strategy and policy contribution
Set-up, implement, and maintain the training program for new hires and experienced Apps/UIR/DUV/ EUV engineers, coordinators, project leads and related roles for install/upgrade/relocation and field operations Taiwan
Proactively plan and prepare a new site for success with regards to knowledge management and training
Prepare and arrange trainings for the Taiwan in coordination with Factory, D&E, Training Centers, HR & Planning team
Responsible to balance requirements for EUV/DUV/UIR training needs across the region
Support continuous skill development in the install/upgrade/relocation and field operations teams to ensure a high level of self-sufficiency
Monitor, analyze, and drive the knowledge KPIs for the region, making use of amongst others local solving power measurements and the skill management tool
Partner with the local group leads, knowledge managers, and site managers to identify engineers’ knowledge gaps and together create proposals to close those gaps in an effective & efficient way
Be the voice for the Taiwan towards the central and WW knowledge management community to drive solutions and improvements in knowledge and training programs and methods; collaborate closely with the knowledge managers of other regions to create one strong voice from the field
Define and drive a long term (1-3 year) knowledge roadmap and requirements in anticipation of knowledge and skills required to support the ASML ramp up roadmap for the region
Keep regional and central stakeholders aligned and updated on the regional knowledge roadmap and progress of improvement plans and any deviations through monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
Engage internal customers and serve as an ambassador to promote learning, knowledge, and collaboration strategies to accomplish desired goals, while soliciting feedback and collecting future needs
Manage all regional social collaborations environments including compliance with ASML security policies, be the regional point of contact for the design, development, maintenance, management, and sustainability of those environments, and ensure content is well structured, current, accessible, accurate, customer-friendly, and adheres to ASML standards
Relationship Management
Build and maintain a sustainable and accessible network of OPS Stakeholders, Operations Stakeholders, Operations Field Stakeholders and partners to represent OPS on a Regional level
People Management
Work as a team within KM community supporting functions such as administrative task (arrangement of meetings/ meeting rooms) and organizing engagement activities as OPS team for Taiwan
Supervise work of the site with projects leads
Influence without authority and engaging with site operational team for win-win.
Manage large regional (and local) Stakeholder network and steer without formal mandate to obtain full commitment to set objectives
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
