**此為三個月短期派遣職缺,期滿獎金一個月**
◆ Conduct daily office business tasks for all sites, including internal mailing systems, courier ser-vices, receptionist back-up, vendor communications for office supplies and equipment, and procurement.
◆ Travelling to each site is required. Current active offices are Hsinchu, Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung. New location might be added in the future.
◆ Maintain the appearances and organizations of offices, kitchen areas and meeting rooms., including office supplies, equipment, electricity, water supply, compressed air system, lighting and any other items requested by line management.
◆ Assist line management with the planning, coordination, and preparation of any office relocation/renovation projects.
◆ Act as a receptionist to answer the mainline phone, deal with queries, field calls, and take messages.
◆ Maintain and update administrative related documents, including vendor contracts, corporate contracted hotel list, corporate mobile phone list, etc.
◆ Assist with handling expenses and bills, ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
◆ Assist with short term business travel arrangement, including accommodation bookings and ground transportations.
◆ Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
◆ Perform other administrative tasks and participate in specific projects with other functional teams as required.
- HR: support onboard/ offboard process
- EHS: support extinguisher update, drinking water inspection, carpet cleaning, sanitization, etc.
- IT: conference equipment, mobile phone, etc.
◆ Escalate matters that require senior management concurrence in a timely matter to line management.
◆ Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by line management
