This role is expected to drive brand awareness and lead generation through digital channels, and that means that Digital Marketers spend his/her days creating, posting, or updating content, monitoring or handling social interactions and campaigns, or performing other work to drive brand awareness and sale
opportunities.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1. Develop digital marketing strategies and tactics to increase the company's brand awareness and assist the business in succeeding.
2. Outline, strategize and carry out digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and PPC efforts.
3. Manage and shape social media marketing efforts, including determining the optimal social media platforms and channels.
4. Analyze campaigns to determine the right metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) before measuring performance and creating reports.
5. Collaborate with home office and regional office to plan digital marketing campaigns, including website, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising. Managing HL.com and MYHL to keep content updated.
6. Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels, monitoring and post on social medias to support brand and product objectives, ensure the add value as part of integrated brand and marketing campaigns.
7. Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
8. Manage artwork and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
9. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
10. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
and customer touch points and identify the recommendations.
11. Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
12. Track digital marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure digital marketing and campaign success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing.
3. Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing website, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices (e.g., Google Analytics).
5. With experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
6. Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript development and constraints.
7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency on English and Mandarin communication including writing and speaking.
