1.At least 2 year of SEO related experience and knowledge.
2.Solid understanding of website planning (site map, mock-up, etc.). Knowledgeable of HTML5, basic server functions and SEO implications of advanced website operations.
3.Skilled at analytics, including the ability to analyze statistical data to make optimization decisions. Proficient with SEO tools/platforms: Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, etc.
4.Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital marketing.
5.Abilities to provide strategy digital overall plan, competitor analytics and good in copy-writing.
6.Well organized, efficient, reliable, independent and capable of managing multiple complicated tasks and responsibilities.

1.Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, inquires, registrations, and conversions.
2.Ensure SEO performance: certain keywords of SERPs ranking on top of first page.
3.Ensure all website(s) have been technically optimized, including structure, coding, contents and external links to attract and engage visitors in a specific target audience.
4.Ensure a strategic outlook among competition: Analyze target audience outline, online user behavior data, competitor data, market conditions and trends to make recommendations to management.
5.Manage and integrate digital media resources with strategy and lead the media agency to come up with effective media plan for our investments. Well control of the budget, quality and project status.
6.Progressively track campaign result and improve the media buying performance at the campaign period.
7.Implement the proper KPIs (including, SP leads and IELTS candidates)
8.Ensure all following activities:
IDP official website and IELTS website Management and deployment.
Website content management: Develop creative, qualitative and appropriate content & features/ functionalities to support the IDP business ambition on a timely basis.
Target audience touch points/media strategy: Plan & optimize media (all touch points) strategy & investments, ensuring cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, actionable recommendations.
Social media management: Create, develop, manage communities (student groups, bloggers, journalists, internet opinion leaders if relevant…) and deploy a relevant social media (FB, Youtube, Google+, etc.) strategy to support the IDP business. Respond to guest feedback on website and social media within 24 hours.
Customer data, relationship and service management: deploy a strong customer knowledge and data management, and deploy a targeted contact & service strategy, appropriate relationship campaigns and tracking. (Occasionally online survey required)
9.Support exhibition preparation activities.
10. Undertaking any other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager and Country Director
