As an AI Operations Coordinator at ContactLoop, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dynamic startup. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, efficient coordination of tasks, and optimal utilization of resources. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience who are passionate about technology, customer engagement, and organizational efficiency.
【Responsibilities】:
• Assist in the coordination and execution of ContactLoop's operational tasks across
different teams.
• Support project management efforts by maintaining schedules, tracking
milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify areas
for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining
records.
• Help streamline communication channels and facilitate effective information flow
within the organization.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating
procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
• Provide general assistance to team members as needed to promote a collaborative
and supportive work environment.
【Requirements】:
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or technology-
driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing
demands effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to
detail.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Google
Workspace, or any project management software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of operational principles and methodologies, with a
willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and a commitment to
continuous improvement.
