商業策略分析師Business Strategy Analyst
利用數據洞察思維與對零售產業的商業直覺,與統一超商或者相關企業合作。透過需求訪談協助客戶釐清數據痛點(包含數據流程、數據應用或數據視覺化等面向),同步梳理商業脈絡,藉由數據分析擬定策略性的商業建議,向客戶進行說明與簡報,也會與團隊夥伴合作找尋最佳的數據解決方案。
【工作內容】
1. 與客戶進行需求訪談、痛點分析、擬定與執行數據解決方案。
2. 分析零售或相關市場動態,評估競爭環境,提供有關市場趨勢的深入見解。
3. 與團隊其他角色或各部門合作,協調和執行特定項目。
4. 透過創新及富有彈性的心態進行數據分析,執行管理層指派主題分析任務,並對結果進行報告說明。
5. 自主研究數據,透過視覺化儀表板或簡報,導引出數據可用的商業價值,供團隊決策使用與方案建議。
6. 應用零售數據相關策略與行銷手法。
7. 依不同情境或專業擔任客戶教育訓練講師。
8. 其他主管交辦事項。
【經驗需求】
1. 具備2年以上相關工作經驗,且為相關科系學士、研究生學位,例如商業管理、經濟學、資訊管理等。或有3年以上商業分析工作經驗。
2. 具備商業分析概念,熟悉統計分析、消費者行為、行銷研究,能夠評估行業趨勢和競爭環境。
3. 可獨立規劃執行市場調查研究、需求訪談、資料分析、撰寫簡報及口頭報告。
【技能需求】
1. 具建置視覺化儀表板經驗,並熟悉Tableau、Power BI、Excel、PowerPoint等工具。
2. 熟悉至少兩項程式語言能力,Ex. SQL、Python、R等。
3. 熟練運用市場調查和數據分析工具,如市場分析、情報收集、競品分析等,並進行資訊彙整收斂。
4. 具備優秀的溝通和協調能力,能夠與內部和外部利益相關者進行良好的溝通和協調。
5. 能夠參與並實施企業戰略,理解公司目標,提出相應的行動計劃。

Utilizing a data-driven mindset and business intuition in the retail industry, collaborate with 711 or relevant enterprises. Assist clients through requirement interviews to clarify data pain points, including aspects like data processes, data applications, or data visualization. Simultaneously, align with the business context, and through data analysis, formulate strategic business recommendations. Present and explain these recommendations to clients through discussions and presentations. Collaborate with team members to explore optimal data solutions.

【Experience】
1.Having more than 2 years of relevant work experience and holding a bachelor's or graduate degree in a related field, such as Business Management, Economics, Information Management, etc. Alternatively, having over 3 years of experience in business analysis.
2.Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis concepts, familiarity with statistical analysis, consumer behavior, and marketing research. Capable of assessing industry trends and the competitive environment.
3.Able to independently plan and execute market research studies, conduct requirement interviews, perform data analysis, and create written reports as well as oral presentations.
【Skills】
1.Possess experience in building visual dashboards and proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2.Familiarity with at least two programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
3.Skillfully use market research and data analysis tools for tasks like market analysis, intelligence gathering, competitive analysis, etc., and consolidate information effectively.
4.Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of fostering good communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
5.Able to participate in and implement corporate strategies, understand company goals, and propose corresponding action plans.
