The Infrastructure Assistant Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the organization's technology infrastructure, encompassing both on-premises and AWS cloud-based systems. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background to ensure seamless operations, security, and scalability of our IT environment.
Must be able to work with and manage relationships with all relevant users, developers, service providers or external support vendors to ensure timely completion and implementation of project in line with users' and business’s requirements, schedule, and budget.
On call shift is required during weekend and public holidays.

【Primary Responsibilities】
1. Infrastructure Management:
-Collaborate with the Tech. team leaders to design, implement, and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure strategy.
-Supervise the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of on-premises hardware and software systems, including servers, networking devices, and storage solutions.
-Oversee the management of cloud-based infrastructure, including cloud service providers, virtual machines, and networking components.
2. Cloud Management:
-Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate cloud services and solutions to optimize the organization's infrastructure.
-Monitor and manage cloud resources to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
-Implement and enforce best practices for cloud security, data management, and compliance.
3. System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
-Implement robust monitoring systems for both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues.
-Coordinate with the support team to address and resolve escalated technical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
4. Project Management:
-Manage infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and execute project plans.
5. Vendor Relationships:
-Build and maintain relationships with hardware and software vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely procurement of necessary equipment and licenses.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
-Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and processes.
-Generate regular reports on infrastructure performance, utilization, and capacity planning.
