Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for increasing the revenues, margins, and customer satisfaction for the assigned accounts working with our US team. Our company is efficient in sharing information amongst our global teams using Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint and CRM tools. We prefer candidates flexible to work SAT AM for 4 hours or more. The candidate can pick any one day off Mon-Fri if working SAT.
RESPOMSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMERS-FACING:
• Support global sales team in taking care of sales-related activities or open items in
24 hours using follow-the-sun models; Sample activities include the following:
o Manage deals through the sales cycle: eg responding to RFQ (Request for Quotes),
cutting PO with vendors, processing orders, and tracking shipping info
o Support technician dispatching team in ticket assignment or closing out work
orders
o supporting accounting team in billing and creating invoices where needed.
• Take on “business development” projects related to developing new accounts not assigned to other teams, eg research and capture new potential customers
• Monitor websites of public sector customers for bids to generate new sales and to track products
• Participate in marketing campaigns to up-sell and cross-sell to existing accounts and to retain accounts; identify new opportunities within such accounts;
• Maintain accurate and current customer info in CRM (customer relationship management) tools
• Increase margins by registering deal with IT manufacturers
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source products at best pricing from distributors or IT manufacturers
• Establish relationships with IT manufacturers and distributors sales/marketing teams to gain support
• Acquire product knowledge: take sales and/or technical training as required by manufacturers either online
• Utilize fully partner resources from manufacturers: get familiar with manufacturers' partner portal and resources, e.g. training, marketing, deal registration process, sales rewards, lead generation, incentives, promos,
REQUIREMENTS:
• English proficiency
• Team player able to support global team
• Minimum of 4-8 years in sales and purchasing - IT industry preferred
• Experience in managing accounts, opportunities, and campaigns; leveraging CRM tool.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI a plus but not required
