Job Overview:
We are looking for an experinced Customer Service Coordinator to join us to handle Sales operation and Office tasks.
Job Responsiblities and Essential Duties:
1. Responsible for all product lines, customers & distributors; document filing and customer data maintenance.
2. Assist Sales team with quotaion, and tender document preparation.
3. Order processing, tracking and delivery coordination and invoicing to customers/ distributors.
4. Provide administrative support to Sales team.
5. Use SAP system to process daily tasks.
6. Handling office tasks and co-work with cross functions.
7. Ad hocs.
8. Accept any tasks or job re-arrangement assigned by company based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and / or with minium of 5 years of related experience
2. Experienced in Medical industry is a plus
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Familar with SAP system
2. Strong skills with Micro Software
3. Excellen written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail oriented, good time managment and problem-solving skills
5. Able to manage and priortize multiple tasks, projects, and dealines in fast-paced environment
6. Strong team player, game changer and forward thinker
